HOW DO YOU APPLY?
1. Once we have availability, we pull applicants from the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC).
2. Then, we call the applicant to schedule an appointment to tour, fill out an application, and provide the necessary documentation.
3. Pass credit criminal and meet income requirements
